• Name — to identify your account and label deliveries.
• Phone number — for sign-in, verification, and order communication.
• Delivery address — including optional map location, to deliver your orders.
• Account details — such as your profile photo and preferences.
• Order history — the orders you place or receive.
• Merchant profile information — for sellers: store name, contact details, and business information.
• Product images — photos merchants upload for their listings.
• Device and app usage data — basic technical information used to keep the app running reliably.

2. How we use your data

• Account creation — to register and secure your account.
• Order processing — to place, fulfil, and deliver orders.
• Merchant–customer communication — to coordinate orders between buyers and sellers.
• Support — to answer your questions and resolve issues.
• Fraud prevention — to protect users and the platform from misuse.
• App improvement — to understand problems and improve features and reliability.

3. Third-party services

We use trusted third-party providers to operate Dezset. These may include:

• Hosting — to run our application and website.
• Database — to securely store account and order data.
• Image storage — to store product and profile images.
• SMS / OTP provider — to send verification codes for sign-in.
• Analytics and crash reporting — if used, to diagnose issues and improve stability.

These providers process data only as needed to deliver their service to us and are expected to protect it accordingly.

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only when it is necessary to operate the platform — for example, sharing delivery details with the merchant fulfilling your order, or with a service provider that helps us run Dezset. We may also disclose information where required by law.

6. Account deletion

You can request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at support@dezset.app. On deletion we remove or anonymize your personal information, except records we are required to retain (for example, for legal or accounting purposes).

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data.

8. Children

Dezset is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
