These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Dezset app and services (“Dezset,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using Dezset, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1What Dezset is
Dezset is a marketplace that connects customers with local shops and merchants. Dezset provides the platform; the sale of products is a transaction between the customer and the merchant. Dezset is not the seller of merchant products.
2Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Dezset.
- You sign in with your phone number and a one-time verification code. Keep access to your number and device secure.
- You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account.
- Provide accurate information (including delivery details) and keep it up to date.
3Orders and payments
- Product availability, pricing, and descriptions are set by merchants.
- Orders are fulfilled and delivered by the merchant. Payment is typically cash on delivery.
- Questions, changes, refunds, or issues with an order are handled with the merchant, with Dezset support available to help.
4Merchants
If you operate a store on Dezset, you are responsible for your listings, stock, pricing, fulfilment, and compliance with applicable laws. You agree not to list prohibited, unsafe, counterfeit, or illegal items, and to honor the orders you accept. Platform fees and wallet terms are shown in the app.
5Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Dezset, including attempting to defraud users, uploading unlawful or infringing content, interfering with the service, or accessing accounts or data that are not yours.
6Content
You retain ownership of content you submit (such as product photos), and you grant Dezset a licence to host and display it to operate the service. You are responsible for having the rights to any content you upload.
7Account deletion and suspension
You can request deletion of your account at any time by contacting support@dezset.app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm users or the platform.
8Disclaimers
Dezset is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that products, merchants, or the service will meet your expectations or be uninterrupted or error-free.
9Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Dezset is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for disputes arising from transactions between customers and merchants.
10Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use of Dezset after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
11Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
